Who Are True Veda?

True Veda are a husband and wife team, Ash and Alpa. They founded True Veda in 2015. Frustrated with low-quality, cheaper supplements on the market that contained additives, fillers and binders, they ditched their corporate jobs and focussed on their true passion for holistic health.

Of Indian origin, Ash and Alpa were brought up in western culture by parents who cultivated the principles of Ayurveda in their kids from an early age. They were surrounded by the promotion of truly natural and organic solutions to health, wellbeing - body and mind.

Originating in India over five thousand years ago, Ayurveda is considered one of the oldest traditional systems of health and wellness. The idea driving True Veda is to bring the health benefits of Ayurveda to a wider audience with a range of totally natural and premium organic products, based on traditional Indian herbs. 

It’s prevention over cure. A core value of ayurveda. The couple worked with experts in nutrition, Ayurvedic practitioners, doctors and scientists to develop their product range. Carbon Neutral Aim

True Veda aims to offset its shipping emissions by planting over 75 different tree species across the world, including trees such as mangos and avocados to create food forests and a means to income in poorer areas and communities.

Packaging

The packaging is gorgeous inside and out! They use only recycled materials to make fully recyclable packaging for our products and its ZERO plastic.

They have also invested in a light seal technology, so as well as being recyclable the product jars have longer lasting shelf life and aren't as vulnerable to daylight like many non plastic cosmetic/supplement containers.

They use glass bottles, metal lids and cardboard box packages - so everything can be recycled.
