True Veda was established in 2015 out of a deep commitment to holistic health and a desire to address the issues the founders Ash and Alpa encountered in the supplement market. Frustrated by the prevalence of low-quality, synthetic products filled with additives, fillers, and binders, they left their corporate jobs behind and pursued their passion for wellness. True Veda, is dedicated to upholding the principles of Ayurveda by crafting high-quality, natural, and organic supplements. We founded True Veda in 2015, thinking of their wellbeing, after being so frustrated with low-quality, cheap supplements on the market that were synthetic and full of nasties like additives, fillers and binders. We left our corporate jobs and focussed on our passion for holistic health.
Whilst being of Indian origin we were brought up in western culture by our parents and had the principles of Ayurveda cultivated to us from a very young age: The promotion of truly natural and organic solutions to your health.
Ayurveda originated in India over five thousand years ago and is considered one of the oldest traditional systems of health and wellness.
The idea of True Veda was to introduce the amazing benefits of Ayurveda to a wider audience via a range of totally natural and premium organic products based on traditional Indian herbs. We truly believe in Ayurveda’s core value of prevention over cure and we’ve worked with top experts in nutrition,Ayurvedic practitioners, doctors and scientists to bring to you the True Veda line of products.

The world’s largest non-profit school meal provider. Akshaya Patra is an amazing organization that provides a hot, nourishing and life-changing school lunch to over 1.8 million children across India every day, helping those kids to gain the lifelong gift of education and to build a brighter future.
We have personally chosen to sponsor the 98-Bombay Colony, Kapodara (M) Udia Mix School in Surat. Surat is a town in India that is very near to where Ash’s parents grew up, a place he has visited, so he holds a great affinity to the area and wanted to give back to that community.
True Veda in combination with Akshaya Patra are able to serve hot, nourishing and life-changing meals to 230 children in this school every single day.
Many of these students (around 130 boys and 100 girls) come from underprivileged backgrounds, with parents often working as daily labourers who are not able to afford the nutritionally dense and diverse food their child needs.
