Refund policy
Our goal is your satisfaction, and our hope is that you have a wonderful experience with any products you purchase through our site. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 21 working days from delivery, provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return them.
When you purchase a product on Organics.com, you may be buying directly from one of our approved Vendors/Partners. For these products, returns may need to be sent directly to the Vendor, and we will assist you in facilitating the process.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to our vendors or us. Alternatively, Organics.com may, where available, provide a prepaid returns label for your convenience. In such cases, a returns label will be provided, and a handling fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your final refund.
Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to resell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us, so please do not use the goods or open any sealed packaging. If you have any questions about the goods or need help deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact us via our online contact form or by emailing hello@organics.com for more information.
If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation. We will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 14 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If you would like to cover the return costs yourself, we recommend using a tracked service to return your products, especially if your return costs are over £50. You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace goods that do not arrive with us. The liability in this situation lies with the carrier (e.g. Royal Mail), and any claims for compensation must be raised directly with them. We recommend obtaining a certificate of posting to assist you should your returned goods not arrive with us.
If you do not return the goods within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have rescinded your request to cancel and accepted the goods. You will be charged for your order at the price originally agreed as per our Terms and Conditions.
Prior to returning a product, and if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to redress the situation. Email us at hello@organics.com so we can help. Once you are sure that you would like to return a product, we will provide you with the correct return address.
We’re a small team of real humans doing our best to offer great service. Mistakes can happen from time to time — so we kindly ask that you treat our team (and our Vendors) with respect and kindness. We're here to help, and always aim to make things right with fairness and care.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once purchased:
- Personal care and hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and similar items
- Any products purchased from our Last Chance to Buy collection
- Gift Cards and Prepaid Cards.
Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing these items.
Allergic Reaction Policy:
Due to the nature of some of our products, we may be unable to accept them back for reasons of hygiene. We would strongly advise you to contact us before you send products back to us so that we can look for the most appropriate solution.
Skincare products that are on sale on the Organics website are of the highest quality, and we are certain that you will have a great experience with them. However, it’s true that not everyone’s skin is the same, and, as with all skincare, reactions may be possible. Because of this, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that is down to the characteristics of an individual’s skin, and not the product itself.
We would recommend that, as with any form of skincare or cosmetics, if there is any possibility of an allergic reaction, you should always undertake a patch test and wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction does occur, discontinue use and, if the reaction is severe, seek medical advice. You are advised also to take the product, which will have the ingredients clearly indicated, with you. All of the ingredients used in our products are clearly labelled on the container and on the product page. Read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient prior to purchasing any of our products.
