1. Choose your target area The cork peanut is ideal for massaging the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes, calves, and feet. Avoid direct pressure on bones or joints.
2. Position the peanut Place the peanut on the floor, wall, or against a sturdy surface. The central groove should align with your spine or a bony area so only the muscles are massaged.
3. Apply gentle pressure Lean your body weight slowly into the peanut and begin to roll back and forth over the muscles. Adjust pressure by shifting more or less of your weight.
