So what is Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce? It tastes similar to traditional Teriyaki sauce but is made without soy and is gluten-free. Unlike traditional Teriyaki, this Coconut Aminos Teriyaki Sauce is naturally fermented over 6 months and retains much of the goodness present in the coconut sap 🥥 

Made using the raw sap of the coconut blossom, mixed with a dollop of coconut nectar (and a dash of coconut vinegar, garlic, ginger and sea salt), age it until you get the sticky sweet goo of a perfect Teriyaki!  This delicate way of fermenting also means that the coconut sap remains raw.
