Organic Coconut Nectar
Some call it coconut honey, we call it simply yummy. Coconut Nectar is a sweet, unrefined syrup made from pure organic coconut sap, which is bursting with natural coconutty goodness.
The coconut sap is extracted from the inflorescence of trees and then gently heated under low temperatures to produce syrupy nectar with a distinctive sweet caramel flavour. When dehydrated into granules it becomes organic coconut sugar, making this a great substitute for processed syrups, honey, and sauces.
It’s low in fructose and is known to have a low glycemic index. It’s also 100% Vegan, unlike honey.

Directions of use
Use it as you’d use honey. You can drizzle the nectar over desserts, porridge, or put it into drinks or cakes, using it as a natural sweetener. You can also use it in baking or making desserts and confectionery, as this is a great sugar alternative.

We didn’t get here by accident., we’ve been blending, drying, fermenting, and grinding organic coconuts since 2014. Over the years, we’ve learned a lot about this adaptable fruit (yes, it’s not a nut!) and have been at the forefront of the coconut revolution ever since.
