Organic coconut flour is naturally gluten-free and vegan. it has more protein than traditional grain-based flours like wheat flour. Perfect mixed with other gluten-free flours to make a nourishing dish.

Ingredients

Our organic coconut flour is finely ground from freshly dried, defatted coconut meat. This results in a delicate powder with a mild coconut aroma and airy texture.

Our organic coconut flour is 100% raw, high in protein, low in digestible carbohydrates and naturally gluten-free! Perfect for both vegans and vegetarians.

Directions of use

Replace coconut flour with other wheat or grain-based flours in your baking recipes. It's important to note, however, that coconut flour is highly absorbent. To ensure the end product is light and not too heavy you'll need more moisture. It works well paired with other gluten-free flours.
