Our organic coconut flour is finely ground from freshly dried, defatted coconut meat resulting in a delicate powder with a mild coconut aroma and airy texture. Coconut Flour is high in dietary fibre and protein and low in digestible carbohydrates, making it a great way of adding fibre and protein to numerous dishes.
Organic coconut flour is naturally gluten-free and has more protein than traditional grain-based flours like wheat flour. Perfect mixed with other gluten-free flours to make a nourishing dish.

Our organic coconut flour is 100% raw, high in protein, low in digestible carbohydrates and naturally gluten-free! Perfect.
Directions of use
Replace coconut flour with other wheat or grain-based flours in your baking recipes. It’s important to note however, that coconut flour is highly absorbent, and you’ll need more moisture, to ensure the end product is light and not too heavy, It works well paired with other gluten-free flours.
About the Coconut Company
We didn’t get here by accident. We’ve been blending, drying, fermenting and grinding organic coconuts since 2014. Over the years, we’ve learnt a lot about this adaptable fruit (yes, it’s not a nut!) and have been at the forefront of the coconut revolution ever since.
Many of our links started in Asia, but today we have offices in the UK, Singapore, HK and The Philippines, which means we have a good grasp on this wonderful world of coconuts.
