Arabelle Skin Sense is an independent skincare label whose products are pure, natural and simply luxurious. Made in small batches to ensure freshness at all times and using only the highest quality natural ingredients available. The core of our products are made with vegetable oils, fruit oils, seed oils, nut oils and butters and plant actives and essential oils.
We focus on what is in the pot and not on elaborate packaging. We do not support animal testing and use 100% recyclable packaging.

If you have a nut allergy please seek advice before purchasing, as nut oils are used in some blends and all blends are made in the same area. Please ensure the blends are stored in a cool dry place and used appropriately, as no responsibility will be accepted by the Seller for damage or defect of goods from inappropriate storage or use.
All Arabelle Skin Sense creams and oil blends have passed Safety Assessments and conform to EU Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC and UK legislation, however, essential oils are potent entities and if you think your skin may react adversely please perform a skin patch test on a suitable part of your body
We aim to offer an efficient delivery service. All items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days (normally sooner). Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your order.

Q: Why do you sell Body Butters and Body Cremes?
A: The answer is simple – they are different. Body Crème is oil and water emulsion and perfect for all skin types. Body Butter is purely butters and oil blend which is most suitable for very dry, extremely dry, chapped skin or the skin that is always parched and in need of deep hydration. Compared to our body creme, body butter is of a firmer texture due to the high butter content.
Q: Since your products are natural how long can I keep it on the shelf?
A: Our products do not contain the aggressive paraben preservative however we do use a broad spectrum preservative that allows you to keep it for a maximum of 12 months. We do advise customers to store in cool dry place and away from direct sunlight and also use their products within 3 – 6 months. Let’s face it if you have a skincare product that you’ve not used in 2+ years, it is not exactly your favourite is it? And any good it was meant to do would have deteriorated.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have ordered, you may return it within 7 days, unopened and in its original saleable condition, to our address.
Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund. Alternatively you may wish to exchange it for another item. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
RETURNING A PRODUCT: To return an item, please dispatch it in its original wrapping (please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office) and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return to:

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS ON DELIVERY: In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage to items, you must retain all packaging. We may ask for photos (where possible) in order to submit a claim to our carrier.
